The OCAA officially released the 2025-26 men's and women's basketball schedules this past Monday.  We are looking forward to some exciting action at the Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Centre starting this fall. 

Our women's team will look a little different this season after a large part of the core from the past 4 seasons has graduated and moved on.  With a mix of quality recruits and returning players who are ready to take on a larger role, we are excited to see this group continue the momentum created by the players that came before them.  

Our men's team put together a quality 2024-25 campaign finishing with a 12-6 record and a 4th place finish in the OCAA East.  After falling in the quarter-final, the team is hungry to get back out on the court and hopefully take the next step.  

Our men's team will kick their season off with the shortest road trip of the year on Wednesday October 22nd when they take on the La Cité Coyotes in Ottawa's East end.  Tip-off is set for 7:00 pm.  

It will be a Halloween home opening double header the following week when the Durham Lords will come to town.  The women's game is set for 6:00 pm with the men's game ready to tip-off at 8:00 pm.  The men's team will finish off home opening weekend against the Fleming Phoenix on Saturday at 6:00 pm.  Both teams will wrap up the season with Senior Night on Saturday February 14th against the St. Lawrence Surge.  

After the conclusion of the regular season, focus will turn to the playoffs with the qualifying games set for February 21st and the quarter-finals on February 28th.  The Final 4 will take place from March 6th to 8th.  The CCAA National Championship tournaments will take place from March 16th to the 22nd.  The women's tournament will only be a short bus ride away as it will be hosted by the Dawson College Blues of the RSEQ in Montreal, Quebec.  The VIU Mariners of the PACWEST are getting set to host the men's tournament in Nanaimo, BC.
