WOLVES BASKETBALL CLASH WITH COLTS ON FRIDAY NIGHT

Wolves basketball are back at the ARC this Friday to take on the Centennial Colts.

The Wolves women's team are 2-0 this semester after back to back wins over George Brown and Durham.  They will take on a Colts squad that is 3-7 on the year and still looking for their 1st win of the 2nd half.  These two teams met back on November 23rd in Scarborough with Algonquin earning an 87-77 overtime win.  The Wolves sit in 3rd in the OCAA East standings with a 6-3 record.

On the men's side, the Wolves are 2-1 to start 2026.  After taking a tough loss at Durham last Friday, they bounced back with a convincing 86-65 win against Fleming.  They will take on a 8-4 Colts squad who sit in 3rd in the East standings.  Algonquin is hoping to avenge a tough first semester loss to Centennial.  They currently sit in 7th in the OCAA East standings, but have been playing their best basketball lately winning 4 of their last 5 games.

Tip-off for the women's game is at 6:00 pm with the men's game to follow at 8:00 pm.
