The Wolves will finish off the regular season in the friendly confines of the Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Centre and the action tips-off on Friday when the Loyalist Lancers come to town.
The is a big matchup for the women's team who will take on an undefeated Lancers team who is ranked 7th in the CCAA national rankings. The Wolves dropped a 71-51 decision in the Lancer Dome back on November 8th but Algonquin has been playing their best basketball down the stretch of the season. This one promises to be a good one.
On the men's side, the 6-10 Wolves will take on the 9-7 Lancers. Algonquin and Loyalist have had some tight battles in recent years and we expect this one to be no different. The Lancers are locked into the 5th seed in the East while the Wolves are hoping to leapfrog Fleming for the 6th seed going into the playoffs.
Tip-off for the women's game is set for 6:00 pm with the men's game to follow at 8:00 pm.
