Playoff basketball at the ARC is finally here! The Wolves are getting set to host the Conestoga Condors on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the first round of the OCAA playoffs. The winner will earn themselves a spot in the ¼ final.
The Wolves finished with a 9-5 record earning them the 3rd spot in the OCAA East. The team has played their best basketball in the 2nd half of the season and will need more of the same on Saturday.
As for the Condors, they finished 6th in a strong OCAA West division with a 6-10 record. Conestoga made the trip to Ottawa back in 2024 for the crossover matchup. Algonquin came away with a 62-46 win in the first game of a playoff run that ended in a silver medal.
Make sure to get there early. The game day staff will be handing out noise makers to fans while supplies last.
