After a 51-40 home win over the Conestoga Condors in the first round of the OCAA playoffs, the Wolves will travel to Humber on Saturday for the quarter-final. The Hawks finished 2nd in the West division. They earned their spot in the quarters with a 76-31 win over Durham in the first round.
The Hawks and Wolves have some recent history. They met in the semi-final last season in front of a packed house at the ARC. Humber came out on top in that one winning 58-53. Algonquin is hoping to return the favor and end Humbers season on their home floor. The winner will earn a spot in the OCAA Final Four the following weekend.
