Ottawa, ON - The Algonquin Wolves Women's Soccer team is pleased to announce their first commitment of the off-season: Hannah Parks. A native of Belleville, Ontario, Hannah joins the Wolves from Atletico Kingston, where she played as a striker.
With the departure of key offensive contributors, most notably Jordan Blades-McHenry, who finished second on the team in scoring with five goals, the Wolves will be looking at Hannah and others to replace her production.
Hannah will be enrolled in the Police Foundations program at Algonquin College this fall. When asked about her decision to join the Wolves, she cited the impressive campus and the strength of the soccer program as key factors in her commitment.
The Wolves are coming off a strong 7-2-1 regular season, which ended in the OCAA Qualifying Game against the Durham Lords. They won't have to wait long for a rematch, as the 2025 season kicks off with a visit to Durham on Saturday, September 5. The Wolves will return home for their opener on Wednesday, September 10, when they host the St. Lawrence Surge.
All games will be streamed live at OCAA.LIVE.
Welcome to the Pack, Hannah!
