A milestone moment occurred on Saturday January 31st in Belleville when the Algonquin Wolves women's volleyball team defeated the Loyalist Lancers in a 5 set match. The Wolves 10th win of the season marked the 300th career OCAA regular season win for head coach Everton Senior.
Everton has led the Algonquin Women's volleyball team since the 1999-2000 season. His current overall record sits at an impressive 300 wins to 125 losses. It is fitting that the milestone comes during his 25th season at the helm of the program.
With a 10-4 record, the Wolves women's volleyball team enters the final weekend of the regular season in 3rd place in the OCAA East standings. On Friday February 6th they will take on the Seneca Sting at 6:00 pm followed by a 1:00 pm start on Saturday against the Georgian Grizzlies.
